07 | FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Let’s Clarify Things.
Before We Get Started.

Answers to the questions most often asked
before starting a collaboration.

When a project or program requires experienced leadership: digital transformation initiatives, complex deployments, sensitive migrations, limited visibility, or recovery of projects facing challenges.

Project leadership is an operational, ongoing engagement focused on coordinating stakeholders, driving execution, and ensuring the project moves forward successfully. An audit is a short-term, fixed-scope engagement designed to assess the current situation, identify priorities, highlight risks, and establish a clear roadmap for action.

A hybrid delivery model is generally preferred, combining on-site and remote collaboration. Fully remote engagements can also be considered, depending on project constraints, team organization, and governance requirements.

Project leadership engagements are quoted based on scope, duration, and level of responsibility. Audits are offered on a fixed-fee basis following an initial qualification of the requirement. No public daily rate (TJM) is displayed, as each engagement is tailored to the project's context and objectives.

Yes. It allows us to understand your context and assess whether the engagement is the right fit for your needs. A full diagnostic assessment is a separate fixed-fee service.

Yes. Coordinating consulting firms, system integrators, software vendors, and suppliers is a core part of project leadership, alongside aligning internal IT and business teams.
